This blog is geared toward Health & Wellness, and all things I and yourself deem encompassing this area.   I want to focus on this wide-ranging topic, and simply share my experiences with those that are seeking out ways to lose or maintain a certain weight or fitness level.   Being tall, I was able to hide a lot of weight when the scale said I was heavier, so many never felt that I was in need of losing a few pounds.  I still don’t quite know where all of that weight has gone.   I’m not the one to ever just randomly mention weight loss to anyone, but when it does come up, people want to know how I did it.   

They want to know, and I want to tell them because it is a certain level of knowledge to consistently understand how food effects the body with weight control and continuing physical health.  And hearing this from a regular ‘dieter,’ is sometimes more believing because the evidence if right in front of their face.  fyi, I’m not a big fan of saying that I’m on a diet.  For one, at what point is one not dieting when they reach their goal?  Weight loss and weight control is a ‘lifestyle’ and being a dieter sort of limits the culture of understanding how the body, food, and fitness play on each other.

I want to tell people that a healthier looking body isn’t that difficult at all to obtain!!!  I profess to not be any type of expert in the area of health and wellness and fitness; or any other profession related for that matter.

Finding that healthy body starts with knowledge as well as a healthy and positive outlook.  Use of this blog can perhaps serve you to share your health and wellness stories as it relates to your physical self.  Also, I plan on touching topics and interest that are specific to the majority of our healthy(ier) needs.   [DISCLAIMER...] I promise nothing AT ALL, however.  I do feel that the things that I’ve done to lose weight can be incorporated to many people’s program.  And trust me, a lot of it are things you already know.  I want to take from others expertise and experiences, and formulate a blog that’s beneficial to a many of peeps.   Comprendez-vous?  ;-)

I consider myself a laid back individual. I’m a thinker, and will always try and make ya laugh. At times, some say I can have a dry, yet clever sense of humor. I love to laugh (loud, generally).  I try and treat all with equal respect. In some respect, it is earned. I don’t like inconsiderate and uncourteous people. I enjoy sports and competition, and playing a lil’ poker with the fellaz.
