		<description>That is so true Lisa.  The way I see wok cooking, if I&#039;m using it, I&#039;m eating healthy enough.  Being a bachelor, I suffer from variety in the meals I prepare.  Seemingly though, my choices  haven&#039;t gotten old with me.   I tend to use a multitude of combination of herbs and spices, and that along helps me to add &#039;spice&#039; to my meals, pun intended.   I checked out your flat stomach building website.  Very informative!  I transcribed this blog from a post I created on caloriecounter.com.   Some of blogs there regarding health and wellness, and the way I go about writing them seems to be having a lasting effect on a few people that have read them on that site.  We&#039;ll see what comes of this incite down the line.   Thank ya.</description>

		<description>Hey Keri, this is a great post.  I&#039;m always trying to eat healthier and one problem I have is variety. The nice thing about having a Wok is you can do so many different things with it and wok food holds up well for leftovers!
